What Is Your Return Policy?
We don't accept any returns as they are final purchases. We only offer exchanges on damaged goods or incorrect item in your order.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
We don't accept any refunds on any orders, we do offer refunds on shipping only.
In some cases refund will be accepted if it's an incorrect product with proof. In other cases NO REFUNDS.

How Long Is Your Shipping?
Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Once Shipped, your package may arrive between 3 days depending on your location.

HELP! I didn't receive my package but it says it was delivered?
PLEASE check your local post office for any package updates, we recieve the same updates as you in our hand. If any chance your Tracking won't update, we try our very best to contact your local USPS & send you updates. But Remember!! We are not USPS, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen orders once it's out of our hands. 

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS/AND OR NAME ON MY ORDER CAN YOU CANCEL?
No, once an order is confirmed we do not cancel. PLEASE check that all your information is correct before placing an order.

CAN I MESSAGE YOU A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Absolutely Not! Orders will be shipped to the address that is on the order. It is easier for us and you (trust me!) Place the CORRECT address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE A CHARGEBACK ON AN ORDER?
Goodbye! If a chargeback was made when stating "no refunds" for whatever reason. You will be banned and no longer be able to shop at ShopMoonlightx.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN SHIPPING PRICES?
Understand, shipping is based on weight of the package plus your state. We are NOT responsible for any charges. (sorry! we don't control this)

WHA- WHY DID I GET BANNED FROM SHOPMOONLIGHTX?
This is a list you DO NOT want to be on, we don't want you too (sad)
Here are some  reasons you ended up being banned:

- Demanding more "free items" & full refund because our prices are "expensive"
- Demanding your order be free because it's a "little item"
- Chargebacks
- Spamming our contact page.
- Hate speech on our brand or our supporters
- Fraud
